Pencil Information: Ticonderoga pencils, known as the world's best pencil, are certified non-toxic, contain exclusive #2 graphite formula that provides extra smooth performance, and has a top quality, latex-free eraser providing easy, clean corrections.

Wording: Wording will be positioned as best as possible on the side of the pencil. Differences in height and length will vary pending which font is chosen. These pencils are designed for a right-handed person. If you would like the wording to be for a left-handed person (eraser would be on the left-hand side), please leave a note at checkout as I am happy to make that change upon request.

Processing/Turnaround Time: Due to the personalized nature of these pencils, additional processing/turnaround time may be needed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.

Packaging & Delivery: Your pencils will be packaged in sets of 5 in resealable holographic pouches as seen in the photos for quick gift-giving. Your order will be shipped in a sturdy box to ensure pencils are not broken or damaged in transit. If there are any problems or issues with your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to correct the issue.

DISCLAIMER: Every effort is made to do a quality control check on each pencil, however, there may be an instance where coloring is slightly worn or peeling on the pencil. This is due to a manufacturing error and is not the error of BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs. Also, due to the individual nature of each pencil, engraving may be slightly lighter or darker. As these pencils are laser engraved, slight variations may occur, but every effort is made to be as consistent with engraving as possible.

Gift Giving: If you would like to place your order as a gift to be sent to the recipient, feel free to leave a note at checkout with a special message to be sent with the pencils to the recipient. Please also be sure to change the shipping address to the name and address of the recipient.
