Processing/Turnaround Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped.

Packaging & Delivery: Your Pocket Hugs will be packaged individually in cello bags as seen in the photos for quick gift-giving. Your order will be shipped in a sturdy box to ensure Pocket Hugs are not broken or damaged in transit. If there are any problems or issues with your order, please contact us and we will make every effort to correct the issue.

Gift Giving: If you would like to place your order as a gift to be sent to the recipient, feel free to leave a note at checkout with a special message to be sent with the Pocket Hug(s) to the recipient. Please also be sure to change the shipping address to the name and address of the recipient.

Please note additional photos show more options, colors, shapes, etc. You will only receive the color and quantity you choose.
