Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces: Due to the personal nature of these items, no returns or exchanges are accepted. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Bobbi Jean at info@bobbijeank.com within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss a solution. Please be sure to read the Care Instructions (located under the About Us tab) for information on how to properly care for your jewelry. BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs is not responsible for any damage or discoloration of clay, leather, or wood, ear wires, jewelry components, etc. after purchase has been made and received. Natural discoloration and antiquing from your body, perspiration, air, chemicals & products, etc. is natural over time. We are also not responsible for incorrect sizing. Please read each listing carefully to see sizing information. Please note that you may not receive the EXACT same pair of earrings pictured due to the pattern of the leather. All pairs are cut from the same hide of leather, so slight variations may occur. Also, it may be necessary to use different earring wires depending on availability (for example, Stainless Steel may be substituted for Sterling Silver).
