Shipping Policy
Shipping is available for a flat rate of $4.50 via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) up to 16 ounces. Packages weighing over 16 ounces will be sent via USPS Priority Mail OR USPS Ground Advantage. All packages will be sent with USPS tracking information to the email on file with your account. PLEASE be sure to check spam/junk/promotions in your email for your tracking information and all other correspondence from BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs including invoices, order confirmation, etc. Shipping is free for $75+ and local pick up is also available for those in the Fort Mill & Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC areas who wish to pick up their items. Please choose the appropriate method - shipping or local pick up - at checkout. If incorrect shipping is chosen, please contact Bobbi Jean at info@bobbijeank.com to make the correction. If Bobbi Jean notices the incorrect shipping method has been chosen (for example, if a customer in Ohio chooses local pick up), she will contact the purchaser to confirm or change shipping.
Please note that if multiple shipping charges are incurred with multiple orders within a short time period and have not shipped, any additional shipping charges past the initial $4.50 charge will be refunded and orders combined (unless orders are being shipped to different addresses). If you desire an order to be shipped to a friend or family member at a different address, please be sure to change the name and address at checkout to the recipient. You are also welcome to leave a note at checkout to request a special note to be included with the order.
All orders are currently being processed within 3-5 business days, oftentimes sooner (up to 5-7 business days during busy holiday seasons, particularly October-December). Custom orders or made to order items can take up to 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or USPS postal holidays although you may see shipping confirmation and tracking information emailed to you on those days. USPS picks up packages Monday-Saturday (excluding a weekday holiday). If you need your items sooner, please contact Bobbi Jean via email at info@bobbijeank.com to confirm a rush order BEFORE purchasing. Preorders on the website and/or in the Facebook Community are subject to an approximate 2-3 week turnaround. Please refer to the specific preorder post for more information.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been submitted and another email including shipment and tracking information once your order has been shipped. PLEASE be sure to check spam/junk/promotions in your email for your tracking information and all other correspondence from BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs including invoices, order confirmation, etc. If only a phone number is on the account, these alerts should come via text. If you choose local pick up at checkout, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick up along with the pick up address. You can coordinate pick up with Bobbi Jean via Facebook or email (info@bobbijeank.com or reply to the email confirmation you receive) as your bag will need to be placed outside in the basket (please DO NOT show up unannounced as orders are not placed in the basket until a day is confirmed for pick up; please confirm day with Bobbi Jean).
BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs is not responsible for what happens to packages once picked up by USPS. It could take up to 24-48 hours to see movement and/or tracking updates on your package from USPS. It is HIGHLY recommended that you sign up for text or email alerts via the USPS website using your tracking number. Please note that it could take 3-7 business days for your package to be delivered (this time could increase during peak holiday seasons, particularly October-December).
If you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time (please allow up to 2 weeks; 3 weeks during peak holiday seasons), please FIRST check the tracking number of your package as well as sign up for text or email alerts via USPS. Next, contact Bobbi Jean via email at info@bobbijeank.com to discuss next steps which may include contacting USPS to submit a lost package claim. We are happy to help with any part of this process to try and locate your package. Every effort and attempt will be made to locate the package FIRST before deciding to send out a replacement, refund, etc. none of which are guaranteed.
