These custom personalized engraved wood sticky note/note pad holders and set of 5 engraved Ticonderoga pencils are the perfect gift idea for students, teachers, coworkers, businesses, friends, family, neighbors, or just about anyone. Personalize the holders with names, business names, Bible verses, snarky sayings, and more. If you can think it, we can engrave it.

How to Order (please review all info below before ordering):

Step 1 - Choose wood type for the holder - maple wood, walnut wood, or cherry wood (please see photos for example of wood types).

Step 2 - Choose pencil color - traditional yellow or pastel colors (all combos come with a set of 5 pencils).

Step 3- Enter your personalization in the box - PLEASE ONLY ENTER ONE NAME, PHRASE, ETC. PER ORDER. If you would like more names, phrases, etc., please place a separate order for each. PLEASE CHECK FOR CORRECT SPELLING AS YOUR HOLDER WILL BE ENGRAVED EXACTLY AS YOU TYPE. BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs is not responsible for misspellings by the customer. 

Step 4 -  Choose a font option 1-8 from the photos.

PLEASE NOTE: The EXACT same name, phrase, etc. will be engraved on BOTH the holder and pencils in the same font choice.

Step 5 - Enter a valid email address that you check often as Bobbi Jean will email you with any questions or clarifications if needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Type of Holder: Wood holder in your choice of maple, walnut, or cherry wood measures 4 inches across and 5 inches down with a 3 inch x 3 inch open square in the middle to place a pad of 3 inch x 3 inch sticky notes. Sticky notes sit snug in the square. Each holder comes with one RANDOM COLORED pad of starter sticky notes.

Type of Pencils: Your choice of traditional yellow UNSHARPENED pencils or pastel SHARPENED pencils. Please note that the pastel pencils will come with 1 of each color (set of 5 will come with one of each color: pink, purple, blue, mint, & peach).

Pencil Information: Ticonderoga pencils, known as the world's best pencil, are certified non-toxic, contain exclusive #2 graphite formula that provides extra smooth performance, and has a top quality, latex-free eraser providing easy, clean corrections.

Wording: Wording will be positioned as best as possible in the center of the top of the holder above the open square. Differences in height and length will vary pending which font is chosen. Wording will be positioned as best as possible on the side of the pencil. Differences in height and length will vary pending which font is chosen.  These pencils are designed for a right-handed person. If you would like the wording to be for a left-handed person (eraser would be on the left-hand side), please leave a note at checkout as I am happy to make that change upon request.

Processing/Turnaround Time: Due to the personalized nature of these holders, additional processing/turnaround time may be needed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. 

Packaging & Delivery: Your holders will be packaged in a clear bag as seen in the photos for quick gift-giving. Your pencils will be packaged in a resealable holographic pouch as seen in the photos for quick gift-giving. Your order will be shipped in a sturdy box to ensure pencils and holder are not broken or damaged in transit. DISCLAIMER with Wood Grain for Holder: Every sheet of natural wood is different just like every tree is different. Natural variations in the wood and wood grain are expected and ARE NOT considered a flaw in the wood. Woods may appear lighter or darker from sheet to sheet. Please note that your holder may not have the exact wood grain as the photos, but your holder will be cut from the type of wood you choose. The back of the holder is solid wood. 

DISCLAIMER for Pencils: Every effort is made to do a quality control check on each pencil, however, there may be an instance where coloring is slightly worn or peeling on the pencil. This is due to a manufacturing error and is not the error of BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs. Also, due to the individual nature of each pencil, engraving may be slightly lighter or darker. As these pencils are laser engraved, slight variations may occur, but every effort is made to be as consistent with engraving as possible.

Photos:  Please note that photos of your holders/pencils may be used for marketing purposes on our website, Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. If you would like to opt out, please leave a note at checkout that you do not want photos of your holders used. 

Gift Giving: If you would like to place your order as a gift to be sent to the recipient, feel free to leave a note at checkout with a special message to be sent with the holder to the recipient. Please also be sure to change the shipping address to the name and address of the recipient. 

Please note additional photos show more options, colors, shapes, etc. You will only receive the color and quantity you choose.
