How to Order (please review all info below before ordering):

Step 1 - Enter your personalization in the box - PLEASE ONLY ENTER ONE NAME, PHRASE, ETC. PER ORDER. If you would like more names, phrases, etc., please order a separate pen for each. PLEASE CHECK FOR CORRECT SPELLING AS YOUR PEN WILL BE ENGRAVED EXACTLY AS YOU TYPE. BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs is not responsible for misspellings by the customer.

Step 2 - Choose a font option - script or print - see photos for examples.

Step 3 - Enter a valid email address that you check often as Bobbi Jean will email you with any questions or clarifications if needed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Type of Pens: These pens are made of a natural bamboo that is laser engraved with the wording of your choice. 

Pen Information: Made of natural bamboo, these pens are a ballpoint black ink pen. PLEASE NOTE that the natural bamboo varies from pen to pen, therefore, so does the laser engraving. Each pen will vary slightly with the natural bamboo color and look. Each engraving will also vary slightly with how light or dark it is pending the natural bamboo of the pen.

Wording: Wording will be positioned as best as possible on the side of the pen. Differences in height and length will vary pending which font is chosen. These pens are designed for a right-handed person. If you would like the wording to be for a left-handed person (silver clip would be on the left-hand side), please leave a note at checkout as I am happy to make that change upon request.

Processing/Turnaround Time: Due to the personalized nature of these pens, additional processing/turnaround time may be needed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. 

Packaging & Delivery: Your pens will be packaged in a clear cello bag as seen in the photos for quick gift-giving. If there are any problems or issues with your order, please contact Bobbi Jean at info@bobbijeank.com. 

DISCLAIMER: Every effort is made to do a quality control check on each pen, however, there may be an instance where coloring is slightly worn or peeling on the pen. This is due to a manufacturing error and is not the error of BobbiJeanK: Baubles & Designs. Also, due to the individual nature of each pen, engraving may be slightly lighter or darker. As these pens are laser engraved, slight variations may occur, but every effort is made to be as consistent with engraving as possible.

Photos:  Please note that photos of your pen may be used for marketing purposes on our website, Etsy, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. If you would like to opt out, please leave a note at checkout that you do not want photos of your pencils used. 

Gift Giving: If you would like to place your order as a gift to be sent to the recipient, feel free to leave a note at checkout with a special message to be sent with the pen to the recipient. Please also be sure to change the shipping address to the name and address of the recipient. 

Please note additional photos show more options, colors, shapes, etc. You will only receive the color and quantity you choose.
